Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

  • At Novelty Sweets, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. However, the exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Should there be an exceptional delay, we will inform you via email.
  • Novelty Sweets reserves the right to cancel any order if the delivery location is blacklisted in our system. In such cases, any payment made by the customer will be fully refunded.

Packaging

All products are delivered in their original brand packaging, supplemented with protective packing. Khass uses a branded delivery box to house the original packages. If, for any reason, a delivery is not made in a Khaas branded box, you will be notified accordingly.
